Portion control and eat more fruits and vegitables. I try to get some exercise 3 times a week.

I'm impressed. I'ver been doing the same, but only because I was diagnosed as diabetic and no longer had a choice. I did not have the will power to do it on my own. You are a great example! Thanks!
