Divine Secrets

Tonight we had our Relief Society Anniversary it was so fun (at least I thought it was, but then I planned it). Our Theme was The Divine Secrets of the ***** Ward Sisterhood. There were 3 phases (or divine secrets). First there was guess who (pictures of you when you were younger), Second there was Sisterhood Bingo, and third (the most fun of all) was to tell the truth. The ladies had to give me stories of them that no one (or very few people) knew about them. Then with each story I got 2 "liars". The three people were a panel and had to tell their story and answer some questions. At the end everyone had to vote on who they thought the story belonged too. I gotta say we have some pretty good liars. They were also funny too. I almost wet my pants. Anyway I was glad for how the night went. I'm just sorry that some people chose not to go. They really missed out. If someone didn't have a fun time I don't want to hear it because I thought it went well and I only want happy memories. Thanks to Mr. Wonderland (my husband) for helping me and supporting me. I Love You.

That sounds like a lot of fun. I missed ours because it was the night before Jacob's heart cath and I need a night to prepare both emotionally and physically. I'm glad it went so well for you guys and was such a great success. :)

That sounds like so much fun!

I really admire the creativity and planning everyone puts into these events.

I look forward to my ward's next RS night, and enjoy all the mini-classes we have.

OH MY GOODNESS Alyson, it was SO much FUN! Even though I got there a little late I thought it was the most fun Enrichment we have had in YEARS...I do not jest. I have to say though that my lying abilities were put to the test when you put me with those two gals...LOL. It makes me laugh, lying to all of the church members...Hehe.

You did such a fantastic job...I am so glad you are enrichment leader! Loved it.

We just had ours tuesday night. We had a great turn out and it was a lot of fun too. We had a heaviest purse contest, and then played a game where we had to write on a card "Something you don't know about me is:______" and then we had to fill in the blank. Then someone would pull out a card and read it and we'd have to guess who it was. There were some really funny things written on there, and we learned a lot about our sisters in the ward.

The heaviest purse game, thats too funny. If my mom was in your wad she would totally win. She keeps everything in there. Thanks for some future ideas.

Now I'm jealous, of all of you!

We had our last night, just soup and cake (not even a full dinner) and poetry reading. And it was poorly attended, I think because basically enrichment is now dead in our ward.

Oh and if you want to read about the icing on the cake, so to speak, I just posted my big rant of the evening.
